Shipping & Returns

Please Note: Due to high demand during the Holiday season, your package may arrive a few days later than the estimated date. If you experience a delay in your shipment, please rest assured that we're doing our best to get all orders shipped as soon as possible.

There might be a slight delay in processing order returns as we work diligently to manage increased volumes and ensure each return is handled with the utmost care and efficiency.

Shipping

We ship all orders via Purolator from our warehouse in Montreal. Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is shipped via Purolator Ground and is expected to take 3 to 9 business days. Express delivery is via Purolator Express and is expected to take 1 to 2 business days. Please be aware, the delivery date is based on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays)

International Orders

Sunice Canada only ships to locations within Canada.

Returns

Sunice wants you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase.

You may only return products that are in good condition and have not been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain the fit and feel of the garment. Please ensure products are unwashed and arrive in the original packaging with the tags attached. If the above criteria have not been met, Sunice reserves the right to reject the return and any items will be shipped back.

Items purchased anywhere except suniceapparel.ca must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Final Sale Policy

Purchased items that were steeply discounted (40% off or higher) are considered non-returnable or non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Placing a Return or Exchange

Please note that a restocking fee of $10.00 will be processed for all returns.  This amount will be deducted from your refund.

PLEASE NOTE:

On exchange orders, a credit for the returned items will be applied to the original form of payment.

This same form of payment will be used for the new items being ordered.

If a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express gift card was used for the original purchase and you no longer have that gift card, please request a gift certificate or store credit in lieu of a credit.
