Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship all orders via Purolator from our warehouse in Alberta. Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is shipped via Purolator Ground and is expected to take 3 to 9 business days. Express delivery is via Purolator Express and is expected to take 1 to 2 business days. Please be aware, the delivery date is based on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays)

Purolator Express® (1 to 2 business days): $27.99

Sunice Canada only ships to locations within Canada.
 

Returns

Sunice wants you to be pleased with your purchase. Items that are unworn and unaltered may be returned for refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt of purchase.

Please contact our customer service to provide you with an RMA number.  All returns will be sent to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE:

On exchange orders, a credit for the returned items will be applied to the original form of payment.

This same form of payment will be used for the new items being ordered.
